Almanac a restaurant
A complete renovation of a 3000 square foot restaurant including a new commercial kitchen, a full bar, seating for 120 guests, accessible restrooms and façade improvements.
The historic building situated on a prominent corner of Danville’s downtown district, was lovingly preserved and enhanced with custom awnings, outdoor dining areas, fire pits, and raised vegetable beds. The small town atmosphere is celebrated with a front porch worth lingering on.
The highly efficient space is both cozy and sophisticated with high wood ceilings and a busy kitchen on display behind hardworking custom steel equipment racks.
The space is broken into two distinct dining experiences, the bar-lounge and the main dining room; each with its own ambiance and pulse.
The structure, the furnishings, the lighting, and every architectural detail was intended to support and further the restaurant's Farm-to-Table identity and to provide a warm place for friends and family to gather.
